Seems like it’s an epidemic. New Yorkers have to pick between heat and hot water a lot, huh? I do the kettle thing myself; then, not so fresh and clean, I got and beat up the super (with an icepick).
at least you got water. i was sans shower yeterday because the pipes were frozen.
