So I'm reading this Gawker piece when today's BlogFodder email dropped into my inbox with the subject "Editing":

Uh-oh. Sounds like a disgruntled girfriend is trying to give you a hint. Best get your affairs in order before you die one of those NYC deaths that no one notices until the smell reaches the hallway.
